How Long will it take to get my order?

Orders processed here in the United States can take 5-7 business days. Overseas delivery can take anywhere between 7-14 business days. You will receive delivery details in your confirmation email. But it's usually faster than you think :)

Will I be charged Customs & Duties?

All shipments crossing international borders (outside the US) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. You are responsible for any charges imposed at your borders and for communicating with your customs office if needed

Do I need to pay for my return?

Yes, if domestic you will pay a flat shipping fee of $2.99. International (outside of USA) returns are $10.99.

How can I track my order?

You will receive your tracking information within 24 hours of your submitting your order.

Can I return or exchange my order?
